7.1 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
We observe the applicable requirements of UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 10 of 2025 on Combating Money Laundering, the Financing of Terrorism and the Financing of Proliferation, together with its executive regulations under Cabinet Resolution No. 134 of 2025, which replaced the former Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2018 with effect from 14 October 2025.
